I forgot the password of my Note3, but I've been using a new Samsung for the past 6 months now?

It has been closed for a year, I haven't been able to use my Note3 because I forgot the password. I do not want to reset to factory mode and keep trying to remember but still can not.. I have tried: Remembering and Android device manager. I think it was caused by: Just forgot about it
