When I open my PPSSPP on my Dell Latitude D620, it says that it detects insufficient OpenGL driver support.

Getting OpenGL 2.0 installed correctly on not only your Dell Latitude D620 but any computer depends on which graphics processing unit (GPU) you have. Unfortunately, the Dell Latitude D620 comes equipped with either a Intel GMA950 GPU or NVIDIA Quadro NVS 110M GPU; neither of these GPUs are compatible with OpenGL 2.0. This is why you are getting the insufficient OpenGL driver support error -- your GPU is not capable of supporting the OpenGL 2.0 drivers.
