Curry leaves ,hibiscus leaf ,neem leaf, Aloe Vera, small onion, are use to make hair oil?
This seems to be a very good herbal concoction for the hair, especially that it contains Aloe Vera. However, you may not really need to go through all that hassle to prepare a good hair oil. In most cases, simply adding coconut oil or olive oil into the Aloe Vera gel would be good enough to make your hair look better and make it healthier. You just need to apply the concoction at least once a day, preferably at night, leave it on for about 30 minutes, and then rinse it off with your favorite shampoo. If you do not have time to do this routine for 30 minutes, you can also just add your concoction to your regular shampoo and use it as you would use a normal shampoo.
The concoction that you mentioned also seems like you will have issues in warding off the smell of curry leaves and onion. If you intend to go out right after you apply it to your hair, keep in mind that the smell may linger for a long time and this could be rather disturbing for you and for others.
