Where can I get list of clients to offer my services?

Honestly I really don't know where to start.. . 1) I don't know where to get clients where to offer my services. I have tried: Nope. I am currently employed. Employer is form the US and job is somehow related to call center job.. I think it was caused by: I do not know yet where to start
