Find the 'Viber' tile on the home screen
    .
It is a purple tile with the Viber logo in the middle, which is a white speech bubble with a white phone inside. If it has not been pinned to the home screen, swipe to the left and locate it in the 'Apps' menu. Once the 'Viber' tile has been located, press down on it to open the application.

    First, enter a chat
    .
In this video, we want to show you how to find the location of a message. We need to be in the 'chats' section, and it will say 'chats' at the top of the screen in white text. If you're not in this section, scroll left or right until 'chats' appears at the top.

You'll know the message has been sent because there is a very small icon next to it
    .
It's a small location pin that you would see in a map. It's very small, and it is located to the right of the message. That means that there's a location attached to this message.

  10. 10
In the first message, we can see there's no icon
    .
If we press the first "Hello" message in the example, nothing happens because it has no location.

To find out the location of a message that has been sent, see if it has a small pin icon
    .
Press down on the message and it will open the map. The purple icon in the middle is pointing to the location, and it's quite precise.

Press the icon at the bottom of the screen to focus back on the location
    .
It's important to remember that if any message has that icon, you can press down on it and it will open up a map that shows the location from where that message was sent. If the icon cannot be seen, then that message does not contain a location. We can turn the location on and off for our own messages, but we can't control if other people want to turn that option on or off on their own messages. We'll have to see what they choose.
