Hi, welcome to VisiHow. Today I'm going to teach you how to find and the view "Help & Contact" using the eBay application on the iPhone 6.
To begin, press the lock button on the right-hand side of the phone.
Alternatively, we can unlock our phone by pressing the round button at the bottom of the screen.
Swipe to the right to enter your passcode.
As an alternative to entering your passcode, put your finger on the home button to use the fingerprint scanner.
Find the eBay icon on the home screen.
The icon is a white color with the word 'eBay' in red, blue, yellow, and green. Tap it once to open the application.
Scroll to the bottom section and tap on "Settings", which is indicated by a gear and a flag.
As we can see, we are currently on the eBay home page, which is indicated by the small "Home" icon in the bottom-left corner being highlighted blue.
Tap on "Help & Contact" which is the first option in the first section of the menu.
This will open the Help & Contact window, and a small spinning circle in the bottom-right will indicate that it is loading because there is quite a lot of information.
Tap on each of the options to view more about it.
In this example, we'll tap on "Technical problems".
The arrows on the right-hand side indicate we will be taken to a new window.
We can tap on whichever one applies to us, and it will take us to that specific window.
To go back, tap on "Close" in the top-left corner.
To go to the eBay home screen that we started from, tap on the "Home" icon in the bottom-left corner.
Now you know how to find the eBay "Help & Contact" area using the eBay application on the iPhone 6.
If you have any questions or comments please enter them in the section below. Thank you for using VisiHow, goodbye.
