You're watching VisiHow. This is a tutorial on how to view search results in the Google Maps aspect in the Google application on the iPhone 6.
To begin, we need to unlock our phone by pressing the lock button on the side or the home button at the bottom.
Swipe and enter the passcode or use the fingerprint scanner.
Find the Google icon which is blue and white, and tap once to open the app.
It automatically takes us to this page where we can search using the bar or the microphone.
To learn how to use those, search for those videos on VisiHow. For this case, we're just going to skip through to something we've already searched for.
Once we're in Maps, we will sometimes see a box at the bottom if what we searched for matched a result.
We can then tap on that box to bring up information about that particular place. We can scroll through exactly as we would in the Google Maps application.
The only difference is that if we tap on the blue circle with the white 'g' at the bottom, it takes us back to the Google application to search.
We can look through and view images, view it on the map, view reviews and so on.
Drag the screen down to go back to the search map.
Go back to the previous screen by tapping the arrow on the bottom left-hand side, or we can tap the Google 'g' in the center to go back to the main search screen where we began.
This concludes the tutorial on how to view search results on the Google Maps aspect of the Google application on the iPhone 6.
