To begin, we need to unlock the phone by pressing the Lock button on the right-hand side.
Alternatively, press the Home button at the bottom of the screen.
Swipe and enter the Passcode or use the fingerprint scanner.
Find the MapMyRun icon which is blue and white.
Tap once to open it up.
It will take us to this page where we can begin the workout and start to record our details. What we need are these three horizontal white lines in the top left corner.
Tapping on those will bring up this new menu.
We need to scroll down to the bottom until we find "Settings" which is the second from last option.
On the left side, we have a wheel or a cog which symbolizes "Settings."
We can see it's indicated by different titles and we can scroll through until we find what will answer our question.
Go Back by pressing "Settings" in the top left corner.
Then press the three horizontal lines.
Then press "Record a Workout" which is the first option here.
That will take us back to the screen where we started.
