You're watching VisiHow. In this video, I am going to show you where you can view Google's legal notices on the Google application on an iPhone 6.
To begin, we need to unlock our phone by pressing the Lock button.
This button is located on the right-hand side of the device.
Alternatively, we can press the Home button at the bottom of the screen.
Then we will press down on the screen, proceeding to swipe to the right.
This will bring us to the Touch ID or Passcode section, here we can enter in our Passcode.
Alternatively, we can press and hold our finger to the Home button.
This will activate the Touch ID sensor.
Once on the Home screen, we need to find the Google application icon.
This icon is a blue square, with a blue "g" inside of it.
Tap on this icon once, this will open up the application.
This will take us straight to the search screen, where we can search using the white bar in the center of the screen.
We can also tap on the microphone icon underneath, this will let us use voice search instead. We talk through exactly how to do this in other videos, so please refer to those if any help is needed.
We are now going to locate and tap on the gray cog icon, located in the top left-hand corner of the screen.
This is our Settings icon.
Now we will scroll down until we find the second to last section.
Here we are going to tap on the last option in this section, labeled "About".
Now we need to tap on "Legal notices".
This is the fourth option down in the "About" section.
This will take a moment to load.
We will see the word "Loading..." in the blue bar at the top of the screen.
Once the legal notices for the Google application are loaded, the words "Legal Notices" will be present in the top left-hand corner of the screen.
Here we can scroll through to find the information we need.
We can then choose to press on "DONE", in the top right-hand corner, to go back to the Google screen.
We may also press on the white back arrow, in the top left-hand corner of the screen.
This will bring us back to the "About" menu.
Here we can tap on the fifth option down, labeled "Maps legal notices".
This will load up the legal notices for Maps, where we can scroll through to find the information are looking for.
Everything highlighted in blue is a link.
This means we can simply click on one of these words to open up information on that specific topic.
This will take us to a new page, corresponding with which ever link we have clicked on.
Press the small gray arrow, located in the bottom left-hand corner, to go back to the previous page.
We can then press the back arrow, in the top left-hand corner, to go back to our "About" menu.
We may also choose to press "DONE", in the top right-hand corner.
This will bring us back to the Google Homepage, where we began.
