      3. Coconut milk
      4. Honey

      1. In a blender, cut the banana into small pieces.
      2. Pour in 2 tsps. of coconut milk.
      3. Add 1 tsp. of coconut oil (for individuals who are prone to frizzy dry hair - add another spoonful of coconut oil).
      4. Add 2 tsps. honey.
      5. Blend the ingredients for about 45-60 seconds or until there are no large chunks left. The texture must be smooth.
      6. You can now apply the mixture, but before doing so, slightly dampen your hair.
      7. Apply the mixture and gently massage into your hair thoroughly.
      8. Cover your hair with a shower or plastic hair cap.
      9. Leave it on for at least 25-30 minutes.
      10. Rinse and shampoo your hair.
      11. Use this home remedy once a week.

Home Remedies Utilizing Banana Peel

    1. Rub the banana peel onto your teeth for 2-3 minutes.
    2. After 10-15 minutes, brush your teeth with your regular toothpaste.
    3. Repeat this procedure three times a week for best results.

    1. Prepare fresh banana peeled and cut it into small squares, set it aside.
    2. Wash the affected portion with your regular bath soap and warm water.
    3. Soak the wart in the warm water for about 5-10 minutes, as this softens the wart.
    4. Let it dry with a clean towel.
    5. Rub the banana peel onto the warts and secure the inner side of the banana peel with adhesive plaster/bandage. Leave it for about 8 hours, or even better, overnight.
    6. After 8 hours, remove the plaster/bandage and wash it with clean soap and water.
    7. Let it dry, then apply a normal bandage to the wart and avoid it getting wet.
    8. When parts of wart turn brown or black in color, remove it with nail trimmers to expose the undamaged wart.
    9. With the clear part of the wart exposed, repeat the process.

    1. Rub the inner portion of the banana peel into the scar for 4-5 minutes.
    2. Let it dry for about 20-25 minutes.
