Questions and Answers

How do I make the keyboard less sensitive when tapping letters individually?

Every time I tap a letter on the keyboard on my S5, it always chooses the letter on the left. For example, if I use the delete button, it would type M.

Most likely you are experiencing this problem due to a minor bog in your operating system. This can be triggered by an app install, or sometimes simply by a peculiarity of your device. To correct it, you should recalibrate your screen, which should allow you to reset the touch patterns. If that does not work, then back up all of your information, upgrade your phone to the latest version of Android, and then restart. You should once more have the option to recalibrate. Just make sure you calibrate your phone according to the way you use it, so that you do not experience this problem again.

We can not get the volume button on the side to work?

The volume button on the side is not working. Volume has to be adjusted manually through the settings screen.

It must be either a broken button or its contacts. Unless you want to void your warranty and risk damaging your phone by disassembling the unit, using a hair dryer to pry the seams of the screen so that you can take it out, and replacing the buttons with new ones to possible no luck, just bring it to the nearest Samsung service center in your area. You can use the Samsung web site to find one.

I have a SM-G550T,Android version 6.0.1 I want to delete photos in moments as it's takiing up all RAM space. Help?

What do I do as I don't know what the buttons stand for and want to free up space. Phone says RAM is filled. I don't know what I'm doing. My daughter helped me exchange an older phone for a new smart phone and I'm lost. I have tried: I checked all photos in the first series of pictures sent by daughter #1. Then I hit the black squared button on the bottom of the phone and it doesn't bring up deleting them cause they are still there. I think it was caused by: Nothing being shown how to delete the photos which I didn't know were there. And not knowing enough about how the phone holds and stores everything. I didn't know I had to clean everything up. I thought once I finished on Facebook talking to people and sending items to share, that when I used the cleaner it did all the work
