In terms of flexibility, cinnamon may be added to various types of food, not only sweets. Even Mexican food which is known to be usually spicy actually is complemented well by cinnamon. Is cinnamon an effective pain reliever, and at what dosage would it be equivalent to taking an extra strength ibuprofen or Tylenol or Aspirin?
It is a yes and a no because this depends on the gravity of pain you are feeling. If this is just mild, cinnamon will do wonders as an alternative to Tylenol and aspirin. However, if the pain is severe, it is best to take aspirin or Tylenol to reduce pain.
