    From the home screen, take two fingers and swipe down.

    The screen will give you a warning, that this is fun for some, but not for all. The warning says: " System Ui Tuner gives you extra ways to tweak and customize the Android user interface. These experimental features may change, break, or disappear in future releases. Proceed with caution."

    Let's turn all of these off, and let's make the status bar clean up at the top.
    You will see that there is just the vibration mode left.

    You can also make it go away by increasing the volume a little.
    Now, it's just the battery life that's indicated.
