    It opens our locked screen, lets give it a quick slide.

    And press the Home button to take us home.
    Now we're on the home screen, from the home screen we will go down to the right-hand side, and we are going to press one time on the apps button.

    That's going to open up our apps menu.
    In the apps menu, we are going to look for the green circle that says S-Health. A little white person running around in there, we are going to click on that person.

    Now we have a set of what's going on at the top, how many steps have I taken, how many calories have I burned, and about that wonderful heartbeat of mine.

    As you can see, we have weight, sleep and stress, there are also partner apps which we can download, we'll get to that in another video.
    So first off is weight, tap on weight one time.

    My weight is approximately 180 lbs, I have not weighed myself exactly, but next week in the gym I will.
    You can update your weight, and then you have a graph which will let you see every day, even up to the exact time, what your specific weight was.

    You can weigh yourself in the morning, or in the evening.
    If you are the type of person who worries about it a lot, and it's OK if you do. However, if you are weighing yourself more than three times a day, that probably is a bit over the top. Stick to morning and evenings, which is usually best. So that is your weight, that is how you measure your weight; how you check it. You've got the option here to back through a log of your historic weights.

    You can press settings for the actual details.
    There are accessories that you can use that will allow you to augment your weight monitoring behavior. We are going to get to those accessories in just a moment. First we are going to tap on this menu.

    We are going to go down the menu to sleep.
    Samsung has wearable devices that record your sleep. That means they actually check and see how you are sleeping. I don't have any of these wearable devices. However, you can get a recording of your sleep, and you can actually check it. Alternatively, there are some other partner apps that you can download that will let you monitor that. So again, I just tap on that little menu on the left there.

    Now we are going to go on to stress.
    Stress is measured and calculated using your heart rate variables, so we are going to click this.

    We are going to find the heart rate tester on the back of the device like I showed you before.
    We are going to automatically start measuring it. We have to hold still, have to make sure there are not any covers in the way or any other issues. There is a disclaimer that this is not a medical test, you are just testing your stress in terms of your fitness. So let's click on OK.

    Now for those of you who don't know, heart rate variability is what you saw me doing earlier, where my heart rate went from 77 beats per minute to 72 beats per minute.
    You can breathe more slowly, you can breath more quickly, you can even be talking, which I shouldn't be doing, I'm sure it will increase the stress rate for sure. So according to this, I have pretty low stress.

    Honestly, I'd have to argue with that result, but, Samsung seems to believe I am reasonably low stressed.
