If the iWNN IME is not present in your phone settings then you can simply download it from your Google Play Store as an Add-on in your phone Language and Input. Not all phones has this option but can be added.

Was this helpful? Yes | No | I need help

1. Go to your list of applications then look for the Play store and Launch it.

3. Download and install this application on your phone as an add-on

It says in the steps to find the labeled of "iWNN IME". But it is not present there

This is only normal since that your phone may not have this. Some other Android devices has Wnn only and not iWNN IME. Not all Android devices has this pre-installed feature which you need to download it from the Google Play Store due to the manufacturer's needs of features an what not.If the iWNN IME is not there on the list of features then you can simply search and download the application from Google Play store. Simply search for the IWNN IME, this is an Add-on feature for Android devices who lacks this kind of feature, it may not be included in your device but it does not mean that you cannot download and add it on the device. There is no such page like the one shown in the picture in 4.3

If the "Input and Language" is not showing, some times it is named as "Language and Input". Please double check the settings on your phone. Remember that you can find the "Input and Language" or the Language and Input" in the Settings then go to it, if it is not showing in the main options in the Settings then tap the More... as it may have been move there after the 4.3 update in the OS. This is a core feature for Android or basic

An alternative way to have an emoji on your mobile phone is by downloading third party application for your mobile to have an emoji keyboard. This will not be the typical Android emoji that can be found on Android devices but its appearance will not be the same as the iPhone. You can download Go SMS PRO, this application works the same way as your messages app to send SMS to your contacts. Aside from the Go SMS PRO, you need also to download its plugin from Play Store which are free for you to use. Download the GO SMS Pro Emoji Plugin, GO Keyboard Emoji plugin and the Go Keyboard.

Was this helpful? Yes | No | I need help

Once you install those in your phone, you must set the GO SMS Pro to use it for texting. To be exact, set it as a default SMS app since it will have an emoji support rather than your pre-installed messaging app. You do not need to worry about the pre-installed messaging app as it is still on your phone as it cannot be remove or uninstall.
