Hi, you're watching VisiHow. This is a tutorial on how you can search with your current location on the Booking.com application on the iPhone 6.
To start, unlock the phone by pressing the home button at the bottom of the screen or the lock button on the right-hand side.
Once the lock screen is up, simply swipe and enter your passcode.
Alternatively, hold your finger onto the home button, which doubles as a fingerprint scanner, if you have that option enabled. This brings us to the home screen.
Find the Booking.com application, which has a dark blue icon with a white "B" and a small light blue circle next to it.
Tap that to open the app, which will immediately take us to the search menu.
Tap on the top bar in the search page, which in this example, says Milan, Italy.
That will show the recently searched places.
We also have the option to search in the top white bar.
Tap "Around me" on the left below the search bar.
Tap "Around current location".
Fill out the rest of the information, then press the blue "Search" bar.
Now it is offering different places around the current location and we can tap "Show on map" to show the results on the map.
Your current location is also a blue dot, but it is pulsating a blue circle.
The other dots look a bit different.
Zoom in on a particular area and tap on a dot to find out more information.
To get out of that, tap "List" in the top left corner and there is a more organized list view instead.
Tap the white back arrow to go back to the main menu.
This concludes the tutorial on how to use your current location to search for a place on the Booking.com application on the iPhone 6.
