This means that you have received notice that you can get an upgrade. Now it can take several hours to upgrade a device but since yours is already set to go, walk through the prompts by tapping Set Up Software Update and then let the process begin. You will want to make sure that you have at least 80% charge left in your battery. Also, you will not be able to use your phone during the upgrade. Some people set it to upgrade right before they go to sleep but I always upgrade when I can pay attention to the device in case there are any hang ups. You will not lose any data but it is helpful to put your phone into Recovery Mode after an upgrade and select Wipe Cache Partition and then Clear Dalvik Cache.
