The trash can icon is located in the lower right-hand corner of the screen.
Once the Finder window is open, click "Go"
It is located in the horizontal menu along the top of the screen.
Hold down the "Alt" or the "option" key

"ringcentral" is typed in this video. Search results will be filtered as you type. There will be the installer shown.
Click and drag the file to the trash can icon
This will delete the installer.
Click the "Search" bar again
Type "ring central" with a space
Click "Library" near the top of the application window
You will see the RingCentral for Mac files. You will also see additional RingCentral for Mac files at the bottom of the list. These sets of files are located in the "Application Support" folder.
Select both files by holding "command" and clicking both files
Click and drag both folders to the trash can
The program will be deleted from the Mac. In the "Library" folder, make sure that you are deleting folders and files that are associated only with the program being removed. The items should not be shared by other programs. Be careful about that when deleting applications.
