I have a Samsung Galaxy Note GT-N8013. It won't do a reset. I can get in it, it stays on the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 logo screen?

I can't get it to do a Hard Reset by pressing the power and up volume buttons.

If your Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 GT-N8013 only boots to the logo screen and does not boot into the Android operating system, it is stuck in what's known as a boot loop. As the name implies, a boot loop occurs when your tablet cannot fully boot to the operating system and instead loops from on to off and never fully turns on. This unfortunately can only be fixed by a Factory Reset, which wipes all of your tablet's data to restore it to its original factory settings. To perform a proper Factory Reset on your Samsung Galaxy Note GT-N8013, follow these instructions:

Your Samsung Galaxy Note GT-N8013 will now perform a Factory Reset and, once the reset is complete, be free of the boot loop issue you were having. However, in the chance that it doesn't work, you will need to call Samsung's customer support service to speak to a customer service representative who can help you schedule a repair or replacement for your Samsung Galaxy Note GT-N8013. Factory resets only fix software issues; if you are unable to perform a Factory Reset, something is wrong with your tablet's hardware and you will need to get it repaired or replaced by Samsung. Depending on your warranty status and the severity of the issue, you may or may not need to pay Samsung for the repairs or replacement.

I think it was caused by: I suspect this is Samsung software problem because battery is good, and so is the charger and cable.
