USB tethering is blocked by USB mtp ptp?

Connect note ii to a fedora 22 desktop, shows connected as camera on phone end, and displays files on fedora. When unmount from fedora USB tether box is not released. I have tried: Plug and unplug, USB debug on off. I think it was caused by: Samsung Android customisations, ASUS tablet works with USB tethering.
