Hello, and thank you for watching VisiHow. Today, we will show you how to turn on and off Geotagging for camera photos on the LG L70.
To begin, unlock the phone by pressing the top right-hand-side power button.
Swipe upwards one time to get to the home screen.
From the home screen, we need to access the camera.
Find the "Camera" icon on the home screen.
It looks like a gray camera with a blue lens.
If it's not on the home screen, access the application through the Apps menu.
The icon is in the lower right-hand corner of the home screen. It's a gray box with white squares inside of it. For now, let's open the camera directly from the home screen.
Tap the "Camera" icon one time.
Here we are, ready to take a picture. Let's view our location settings. The settings icon is the little gear-shaped icon in the top left-hand corner of the screen, in gray.
Tap the settings icon one time.
Here we have several options.
Find the "Geotagging" icon.
It is in the last column, in the third row. It says "Geotagging". In our demonstration, it's currently off, as we can see because it says "Off" in blue letters below "Geotagging".
Tap the white circle to the right of "On".
Now, Geotagging is turned "On". As a note, in order to turn on Geotagging, the location services in the settings of the phone also need to be turned on. Otherwise, we will not be able to use Geotagging. Let's turn it back off.
Tap on the white circle to the right of "Off".
This will move the blue light from "On" to "Off". Now, Geotagging is once again turned off on our photos.
In order to close the camera and go back to the home screen, tap on the bottom center button of the phone.
This concludes today's tutorial on how to turn on and off Geotagging for camera photos on the LG L70.
