How could I remove a pattern lock off my Galaxy S7 without losing any of the information I have save in the internal storage of the unit. Given, I did not have a Samsung account set on my phone before it accidently locked up. But I have since created a Samsung account on my computer<?

My problem stems from an unintentional pattern that locks my phone up and I could not get to the screen where I need to enter my pin. My situation is different because I didn't establish a Samsung account using the phone before it accidentally locked. I have tried: I have talked to my carrier, Samsung, Google device manager and like a ping pong ball, I get transferred and referred back and forth to no avail. I think it was caused by: I truly do not know what exactly caused this problem
