Edited by Djinu, VisiHow, Eng, Anonymous
You're watching VisiHow. In this video, we're going to show how to enable or disable "Touch Shutter" on the Canon 650D (or T4i, as the camera is known inside the U.S.).
Then, press the right button to move to the fourth menu option.
Press up or down buttons to select "Touch Shutter".
Press up or down button to choose "Enable".
Now, go back to the menu by pressing the playback button twice.
Set up your picture parameters if necessary.
Press the Live View shooting button.
Then, simply touch the screen to activate "Touch Shutter".
This will both focus on an object and take a picture.
To turn "Touch Shutter" off, tap on the icon in the lower-left corner of the display.
The icon is a hand touching a camera. This will turn off the "Touch Shutter" mode.
Now, when you tap on the screen, the camera just merely chooses the area for the focus.
If you want to turn "Touch Shutter" back on, you can press the Live View shooting button twice.
This is the second method of turning "Touch Shutter" on.
Then, turn on "Touch Shutter" by tapping on the same icon in the lower-left corner of the screen.
You will not have to access the menu.
Once again, you can tap on the screen and take a photo.
That was how to use the touch-screen shutter on the Canon 650D (or T4i, as the camera is known in the U.S.). If you have any questions or comments, please leave them in the space below. Thank you for watching VisiHow!
