Edited by Freya, Robert, Eng, Anonymous
Hi, welcome to VisiHow. Today I'm going to teach you how to turn on or off notifications using the Pinterest application on the iPhone 6.
To begin, press the lock button on the right-hand side of the phone.
Alternatively, we can unlock our phone by pressing the round button at the bottom of the screen.
Swipe to the right to enter your passcode.
As an alternative to entering your passcode, put your finger on the home button to use the fingerprint scanner.
Find and tap on the settings icon.
It is gray with a darker gray gear inside of it.
Find and tap on "Pinterest", which is indicated by a red circle with a "P" inside.
This will take us to certain settings we can adjust.
Tap on "Notifications" which is the second option from the bottom.
We can enable or disable certain notifications, like "Allow Notifications".
As we can see, disabling it removes all of the options. Disabling this disables all forms of notifications. Tap it again to enable it.
Here we can include how many we want to see in the notification center.
At the moment, it is five recent items.
Tap on the arrow in the top-left to go back to notifications.
Here, we can enable or disable sounds.
This is disabled when the bubble is white.
Tap here to enable or disable "Badge App Icon".
Tap here to enable or disable "Show on Lock Screen".
Press the home button.
When we're finished, the options save automatically.
Find and tap on the Pinterest application, which has an icon that has a white "P" inside of a red circle.
We can carry on as normal with our settings saved.
Now you know how to turn on or off notifications using the Pinterest application on the iPhone 6.
If you have any questions or comments please enter them in the section below. Thank you for using VisiHow, goodbye.
