This means that when we're typing in a password, we'll be able to see what we're typing in.
This can be quite useful to see if we've made a mistake or not, and see exactly what we're pressing on the keypad. However, we may not need this and we may not want people to see what is being typed if people are looking. We may want to turn this option off. Right now, we can see that this option is activated. This is because there is a green box over on the right-hand side of the screen and there is a white check in it. This signals that the option is activated.

If we want to turn this option off, we press down on the box.
Now, we can see that the check has disappeared, the box is white, and the box is empty. That means that passwords are not visible.

If we press down on the box and the check is there and the box is green, that means that passwords are visible.
We can feel free to make the choice that is right for us.
