We have the option we need, right at the top.
It says, "Network notification. Notify whenever a public network is available." Currently, it is turned on. This is the default setting. The box is green, and the white check mark is inside. This means that this function is activated. However, we may want to turn this option off. We may not want to connect to public WiFi networks because of safety issues, or because we just don't need to. If so, we should turn this setting off so that we won't keep getting notifications from it.
