Hello and thank you for watching VisiHow. Today I will show you how to turn on or off auto-titling for new notes in Evernote on the LG L70.
To begin, unlock the phone by pressing the top right-hand side Power button and swiping up one time to get to the home screen.
We do have Evernote on the home screen.
It's a green icon with an elephant inside of it. If we do not have it, we can access the application through the apps menu. That icon is a gray box with a set of white squares inside of it.
For now we will open Evernote by tapping on the icon directly from the home screen.
Here we will see all of our notes.
To turn on or off auto-titling for new notes, we need to do that in our settings.
To get to settings, tap the top three dots that look like a bulleted list on the right-hand side of the screen in the green bar. A pop-up menu will appear upon tapping.
At the very bottom of this menu is "Settings".
Tap "Settings" one time.
From here, scroll down a little bit until we get to "Notes".
"Notes" is right next to the icon of the small page. Tap on "Notes" to open up the Notes settings.
It says Auto-title new notes at the bottom.
What auto-titling does is it automatically titles notes with a location and calendar event if it is available. Turn that on by placing a check mark in the box by tapping on it.
To turn auto-titling off, tap on the check marked box.
To close the program, press the bottom center button one time to go back to the home screen.
This concludes today's tutorial on how to turn on or off auto-titling for new notes on Evernote on an LG L70.
