Edited by Grimm, Rushell, Eng
You're watching VisiHow. Today, we are going to show you how to turn button labels on and off on the iPhone 6.
- 9On the 'Accessibility' screen, we'll scroll down to the second section to find 'On/Off Labels', which is the last option in that section.On/Off Labels are the little 'O' on the right when it is off, or an 'I' which would indicate that it's on. It is much like a light switch indicating open or closed circuits.
- 13When the option is off, there is an 'O' on the right side of the switch. In fact, all of the buttons now have this on them, an 'I' on the left when the option is turned on, and an 'O' on the right when the option is turned off. This continues with buttons throughout the phone, allowing us to easily see if a button is on or off, which is helpful for those with a visual impairment, or if using a device that does not recognize colors and may require an indicator.
- 19This concludes our tutorial on how to enable and disable button labels for the iPhone 6.Thank you for choosing VisiHow. If you have additional comments or questions, please let us know in the section below. Have a great day.Advertisement
