I am trying to factory reset my iRola DX758 Pro but it is stuck in the iRola loading screen and will not even shut off. without it shutting off fully, all the hard button combinations will not function.

Thing is stuck in the start up screen because I left it on the charger for 8 hours while at work. How do I fix it?. Tablet won't reset after using power, volume up, volume down process?

I did the process several times, but it acts like all I did was turn it on and off. It never went to the Android logo. Could this be because my volume buttons aren't working correctly? They worked fine before I lost the password.
