Transferring a .gif file from my Samsung Galaxy Note3 to my PC?

Hi,, I'm trying to send a 5 second .gif to my PC, but I'm having little success. I've tried via Gmail and Dropbox but it only shows as a still when it arrives.

When you send a .gif to your Gmail or Dropbox accounts and try to view the file from them on your PC, you may not automatically get a preview that shows the entire .gif. In other words, you may only get a still from the .gif before you download it. If you download the .gif from your Gmail or Dropbox account and open it on your PC, it should show the entire .gif and not just a single still from it. However, if you download the .gif and you're still having issues, you may need to try sending the .gif to your PC through a different means. Since you're using a Samsung device, you can use Samsung Kies 3 to easily and quickly transfer your Samsung Galaxy Note3's pictures to your PC. Click here to download and install Samsung Kies 3. Do not download the original Samsung Kies, since that application is designed for devices older than your Samsung Galaxy Note3. Once Samsung Kies 3 has installed, simply plug your phone into your computer, follow Kies 3's onscreen instructions, and you'll be able to transfer the entire .gif to your computer so that you can watch it there. If the .gif is still not working on your computer after you use Samsung Kies 3 to transfer it from your phone, the .gif may have been made with an application on your phone that has caused it to be incompatible with normal .gif-viewing software. If you used an application to create the .gif, see if there is a desktop equivalent. If there is, you will need to download that software for your computer to view the .gif. If there isn't, however, you might not be able to watch that .gif on anything but your Samsung Galaxy Note3.
