Transfer photos from my Samsung Galaxy S4 to my Windows folders?

I'd like to sync my photos into "my pictures" the same way I do when I connect my camera--it automatically sorts the photos into individual folders for each date. Do I need a software or app to do this? When I connect my camera, it gives me the option to organize my photos with adobe Photoshop (I believe this is how the folders get organized?). I don't get that option when I connect my phone.

You can set up this function with any number of apps available for Android. You might try SyncMe Wireless, which will sync everything for you when you're connected to your WiFi network - no cables required!

I need help locating photos recently dumped from Galaxy S4 to PC?

Just dumped photos from S4 to PC through USB (& deleted from S4), but I don't know where they went to on the PC. How can I find them?
