If your phone is showing that it's connected to your computer, but your computer can't find your device, you will need to download and install Samsung Kies. Copy pics from an album on phone to PC?

I have 900 pictures in an ALBUM and want to copy them to my PC so I can delete them from my phone and make room for more pictures. I can open the phone 's folders while it is connected via a USB cord but I am unable to find the album or even locate the the 900 pictures. I have been able to do this with the regular pictures in the default pictures folder but for some reason these pictures in this album are not showing when I navigate the phone's folders from my PC. I have tried: Searching for one of the names of the pictures. It only locates 15 pictures not the 900 I am looking for.. I think it was caused by: Maybe an album is a virtual folder and the 900 pictures are not actually in a separate folder?
