Questions and Answers
There is a solid blue dot (circle) appearing on my screen when I am texting. It seems to be a scrolling tab or something but I don't know what it is. Can you help me?
I want it to disappear. Why is it there? Where did it come from?
When you first start using your Samsung Galaxy Note3, the phone will guide you through all of the features on your phone by showing pop-up messages whenever you open an app for the first time. They often appear as blue dots or circles that point to the different parts of the screen that you can interact with to perform tasks. Press your home button to be taken back to your home screen, and then open the application in which you saw the blue circle again. If you don't see it anymore, it was likely a Samsung tutorial. If you do see the circle again, however, it could be a third-party application you downloaded from the Google Play Store. Since we don't know what applications you have installed on your phone, your best bet is to contact Samsung's customer support so they can troubleshoot the blue dot problem with you. If it's not an application or a tutorial, the customer support representative will be able to help you figure out what the blue dot is -- and how to properly disable it.
