The sent folder on my Samsung III is empty?

I want to be able to access my sent folder which goes back to August 2013. I do, I restore it?

The Samsung S3 does not have a sent message folder. It records your sent messages in a conversation bubble such as this:

http://screencast.com/t/hhlI8wWS1lfL

NOTE:Yours is on the right, the yellow ones are the messages sent to you (received)

In order to get them back, you will need a program that can revive or restore them. You can do so by downloading it here:

Note: to check if your phone is supported, go here: http://www.wondershare.com/data-recovery/android-data-recovery-reference.html

Procedure:

  • enable USB debugging on your S3:

Settings>Developer options>check USB debugging

  • open the program, connect the phone and scan it
  • once the program finishes doing a scan, it will show you the files that were once deleted. Choose the data you wish to recover

Emails getting sent to junk folder?

On my corporate account (exchange) the device is causing all company email to be placed into the junk folder. Any thoughts?

It has not recognized your email much yet. What you can do is keep on transferring it into inbox. Also, you may want to reply to one or two of them. When your email account starts to recognize that, it will see that it's actually not spam and it will just automatically classify it properly.

I have an MSN e-mail account. On my previous S3 all of my folders showed up so that I could manage my e-mail on my phone. The new phone only shows the basic folders, not my customized folders.
