I am on my phone and it is not frozen, I am on home and I can't click the buttons. I am on home and I can't click the buttons to do my password it is not frozen but none of the buttons will work. I accidentally took a screenshot now the phone is stuck white. How do I get it off? It is just stuck white. I don't know what to do! I really want my phone. All I see is white before I took the screenshot I was trying to turn off my phone but it wouldn't turn off, so I could restart it. How do I make the phone work? If I click the button to make it go black and turn it back on it's still just white. Well my phone is Apple and it is just stuck white, I tried turning it off, it won't. I have tried: I tried turning it off. I tried clicking the buttons but nothing works. I think it was caused by: Lag? I have a lot of space left so I don't know. My Galaxy tab 3 is stuck in a boot loop on the Samsung logo, I can access the menu to wipe data a reset but the following options screen will only allow me to select "no" as the volume button moves the cursor 2 places with each press, missing out the selection I need?

How do I get around this without going down the PC update route?

Yes, it is possible with some recovery menus to have this bug. Press the volume down button and ignore the fact that your option is not highlighted. Just count the times you have to press the volume down button to get to the option, do it, and press the power button. Even though the option will not be selected visually, it will work.

See more questions like this: My iView is hung on the iView start screen

The screen won't do any when you tap it?

Why won't the Tablet screen tap or do anything?

Depending on the model of your device, there are several possible reasons. You might have a button that is stuck, in which case fiddling with and unsticking the physical buttons of your Tablet could prove to be the solution you need. If you have a hold switch on your Tablet, that could be a possibility as to why your screen isn't working. Just disable that to start using your Tablet again.

You might also have a software issue that is gumming up the works. Try resetting the device to factory default settings to regain access to your Tablet. note that this will delete all of the data on the device. You can find a guide for how to complete this process in the main article.

The screen on my iRULU victory 4 is clear it has no color. Is it white like the reverse negative?

The screen is white. The icons look as if the screen is a photo negative. I have tried: Reboot. Backup reset. Took the battery out and replaced it. Tried to download another app of the internet. I think it was caused by: I was texting and the screen went white. The phone works properly with no problems. It is the lack of being able to see images

My Samsung S6310 gallery won't open. What happened?

My phone was working fine until the other night when my gallery won't open, it just keeps on saying " not enough space.. delete some files". I deleted all the downloaded apps and transferred all of my files to my SD card but it stayed the same, my gallery still won't open. I already did the hard reset but it didn't work. Could you please help me with this? Thanks.. I have tried: I visited some forums and did what they have advised like deleting all the downloaded apps and moving all my files to my SD card. I even tried the factory resetting but it didn't work. I think it was caused by: A bug maybe?

How can I fix it without taking it to a shop?

I had dropped it on concrete one day and it cracked, but it still worked but the next day I dropped it in a dishwater and put it in rice for 5 days. It would cut on but when I touched the screen nothing moved and today it still doesn't work. I have tried: I've tried rice but it only half worked, I tried to cut it off for 2 weeks it only worked for 5 minutes then the screen stopped working again.. I think it was caused by: When I dropped it in the dish water
