The city name on the home page of my Samsung A7 appears in Chinese?

I bought this phone on eBay. I have reset the language to English UK, however, the city name on the home screen appears in Chinese. It seems to be linked to the Internet and that is in Chinese. How do I change it to English..?. . Regards, Faz. London
