Edited by Grimm, Imado, Eng, Anonymous
Good morning VisiHow users, hopefully you are having a fantastic day.Today we are going to discuss how to synchronize events in your Samsung Galaxy S5, using S Planner.
Let's press the power button on the right hand side of your phone, also known as the lock button.
This is going to open up our lock screen.
We are going to enter our pattern or PIN, or swipe as it is the case with me.
This will open up our home screen.
Now what we need to do is to navigate to S Planner.
We need to press on the Apps button at the bottom of your right hand side.
It is going to open up our application window, you just need to swipe around, till we find the S Planner, which looks like a little square calendar page number 31.
Tap on S Planner icon.
You can see here, today March 20th.
Where I have an event, hover over that to see it "VisiHow is great".
Also we will hover at the bottom, we will see, "VisiHow is great, learn why at our event".
Just by a quick hover over, we can catch that address, and see where it is.
What we are going to do is to synchronize our events, so we are going to tap on the three Dots menu.
We will have the option to Sync.
Tap on Sync.
This is going to Synchronize as you see.
Once it has finished Synchronizing that means all events for the year have been all synchronized.
The way we are going to check that is by opening another calendar. To open another calendar, we are going to press the home button.
This will take us to the home screen.
Tap on the Apps icon, to open the application folder.
Swipe through the applications, until we find our Google Calendar, which we had a tutorial on how to install that.
Tap on the Google Calendar to open it.
We can see today on the 20th, just Tap on that.
We have an event "VisiHow is great!
Learn why at our event!".
This is a complete event, all of our details and information are here.We can see what it says about it, it is a brief history of time, according to the life of a lovely little curious green frog that would be Visi, for those of you who are new to the site.
And all of our information is here.
If you want to edit something, just tap the Edit button.
Scroll down through here, and edit anything you need to add, if you want to delete it just tap on Delete button.
If you have made changes, you can tap the SAVE button, otherwise you just tap the X to get back.
When we are done looking at the event, we tap X again.
If we want to change this event, just tap it again.
We want to change this event, we can change the date for example, by tapping on it.
I will select it on the 21st.
Now, that we have changed it to the 21st.
Tap on the three Dots icon.
Tap on Refresh, to make sure that everything is saved.
Tap on the three lines menu.
Our events are all set up, and it should be synchronized with all other calendars.
Let's press that home button.
We will go back and tap on the Apps application button one more time.
Scroll to look for the S Planner Calendar icon, and tap on this icon.
Now we will see that our event, has moved to the 21st,
Tap on this event.
Courtesy of the Google Calendar which has synchronized automatically with the S planner Calendar. Unfortunately S Planner does require Physical synchronization press, where the Google Calendar doesn't, for that reason I do prefer to have my Google Calendar, however you may have a preference for S Planner, which is not a problem.
Press the home button one more time.
Takes us back to home screen.
Our tutorial on using the S Planner Calendar, to synchronize events to the Google Calendar, has been completed.Thank you very much for your time, and we hope this tutorial has helped you.
Have a great day; we look forward to seeing you in other videos.
