How to decide if I need a gym or not.

Want to stay fit but not able to decide if walking and jogging is sufficient or a Gym membership is required.

Put on your favorite music and you will find yourself moving and grooving without an expensive gym membership. As I am aging, I feel as if I can actually see my face sag.

This is from loss of collagen. It happens to all of us! Start taking a silica supplement. You should also make a homemade bone broth from chicken and drink it on a regular basis. There are numerous over the counter face creams that tighten the skin for up to 12 hours a day. You would have to apply these regularly. My favorites are from Beauticontrol called Tight, Firm, & Fill. Avon has a product called Dramatic Firming Cream. I know several people that use one of these two products and it does take years off their face within 20 minutes of application.
