    The easiest way (in Windows 8 and higher) is to go to the search function and search for it. We can also set it up to start up whenever we boot up Windows.

    Now will ask it to stop listening by saying "Stop listening", because it has opened up a couple other Windows while talking.
    Now it is sleeping. But, we were able to access the start menu just by telling the speech recognition tool. We were then able to indicate Movie Maker, and it told us to say "Movie Maker" next time. It will help us along as we're starting to access different programs and applications. As it learns what we want, it will give us little hints and tips to be more efficient.
