Steps

    In this video, we have domain names in column "B" and the length of the domain names in column "D"

    We want to find shorter domain names

    Sorted from the shortest to the longest. To do this, we click "Data".

    We should click either "Smallest to Largest" or "Largest to Smallest"

    Let's click "Smallest to Largest".
