If you are trying to install SideSync and getting this error in Google Play, install from the Samsung App Store instead. Most likely the J1 will still not be compatible for SideSync. You only have 1 GB of RAM and that is the minimum requirement for SideSync. This means no other apps or memory really could be used on the device. You do not even qualify for S Voice.
If you are getting this message non-stop no matter what app you choose in Google Play, clear the cache of Google Play. See if there is an available update for the app. Then go back into to Google Play and manually sync your Google Account associated with the J1. Because you have only 1 GB of RAM many apps will not be compatible in Google Play. You will have to find the webpages on your phone's internet browser of these apps and try to manually install the APK if they have it posted to bypass Google Play.
Samsung SideSync crashes when "Phone Screen" option is disabled?
SideSync can work when just looking at notifications. However, clicking on the "Phone Screen" button either has no effect, causes the device to lose connection, or the screen comes up for about 30s then loses connection with the device shortly afterwards. Simulated touch is unresponsive during this period.. . Using Windows 10 Pro with a Note5 on VZW
Wipe the Cache Partition on your device. The same thing happened to be after upgrading my OS to Lollipop and then Marshmallow. Each time I had to Wipe Cache Partition in Recovery Mode to get the app to work again. You will also want to make sure you are using the most updated SideSync app with Windows 10. SideSync 4 was an updated version with Windows 10 in mind. Many apps, not just SideSync stopped working properly with Windows 10 when it was rolled out and still have not caught up to it. Especially in respect to Marshmallow OS.
