If you are using a Samsung Galaxy phone, you can try to do a Hard Reset. With the phone powered off, press and hold power, home and volume up buttons together. At the recovery mode menu, select wipe data/Factory Reset option and then reboot when done.

My mobile (Samsung Galaxy young) will not turn, is there another quick and easy way to turn it on?

My mobile just turned off and I haven't been able to turn it on for about 2 hours, I tried to charge it up but even that did not work. Is there another way to turn it on?

What do you mean by trying to charge it up but it did not work? Has the charger/adapter gone bad? If your phone has a removable battery, I'd suggest taking it out and replacing it with a new one. Go through a process of elimination to see which component is causing the issue. Since your charger is not working either, we can assume it's that, the battery or the charging port itself that's faulty.

There really is not another way to power up your phone besides using the power button. Try to find replacement charger and battery to isolate what could be causing the power problem.

Can you help me fix my phone? Please help me?

I already reset it a lot of times but it still freezes once I turn it on. I set a password and once I touch the keys, it just kind of freezes.

The best thing to do is try another way to lock the phone. Instead of a password, try using a pattern or face recognition (if possible). Just reset the phone if everything seems to be hanging by doing the following:
