SideSync connection to Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1?

I am using Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1. I want to connect it to my PC using SideSync. I am able to connect to SideSync but after some time, it shows connection to the device is lost. Please tell me what to do?

Make sure that your Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 is connected to the same WiFi network as your laptop. Once they're on the same network, also make sure that your tablet is connected to your PC with its USB cable. Both of these are required for SideSync to work. Some owners also report that software updates have fixed the lost connection issue. Make sure that both SideSync on your PC and phone have been updated to their latest versions; also make sure that your phone and PC and running the latest version of Android and Windows available, as well. If you're still having issues after updating your software and performing the first step, you will need to call Samsung to ask about any further troubleshooting steps they may have for you to identify what is wrong with your devices.

My SideSync is not working on my Galaxy note 10.1?

I have a Samsung Galaxy 10.1 note (Kitkat) and a Dell XPS m1530 (Win8) laptop and have installed Samsung SideSync on both devices. However, I have not been able to make any successful connection between both devices either through WiFi or USB. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software in both, but it still doesn't seem to work. I am able to see my device on my computer when connected through USB.
