Show Hidden Files and Folders is not properly working?

Whenever I try to change show hidden files and folders in the folder options it is not working. I tried using other ways to show the hidden files and folders, but when I tried it in cmd, access was denied. What can I do to fix this?

The problem you're having is probably caused by a virus. As you have already tried to go to the 'Folder Options' and select 'Show hidden files and folders', but failed, you will need to run 'cmd' in Administrator mode to unhide your files. Follow these steps to run cmd as administrator:

Make sure you don't forget to run an antivirus program like Avast, Mcafee, or Norton to scan your computer when your files show up. If you still have the problem, let us know.
