    Start by pressing the power button on the right side of the phone

    Swipe across the lock screen to unlock the phone and access the home screen

    You may have more than one home screen, as indicated by the dots on the bottom of the screen

    What we're looking for is the blue f, for Facebook

    This will launch the Facebook application where we will be required to sign in with an email address and/or a phone number

    Tap on the email field and enter in your email then enter your password. Tap Log In.

    Facebook will ask you if you would like to receive Notifications

    You can always change this later, so if you're a Facebook user, go ahead and tap on OK.

    Now we've got a way to log in faster on the phone

    I can tap on my profile picture instead of typing in my password, and I can save more than one account. I can also add a pass-code, which is a great new feature on Facebook, especially if you're like me and you're in the position where you may end up having to manage more than one Facebook account. Tap OK or Not Now.

    I have logged into it very quick and easy. I have a notification as well and if I want to see more I can just tap on the More button in the bottom right corner.

    I can tap on the icon in the top right corner to see who is online with Messenger, but that requires installing Messenger

    To navigate the Facebook application, we have a number of different areas

    To start, we have News Feed at the bottom left, next we've got Friend Requests. There's also a list of people I may know and could possibly add.
