You're watching VisiHow. This is a tutorial on how to set up a user on the Lenovo A7000-series smartphone.
Before we begin, we make sure that the phone is unlocked.
We should be on the home screen.
From the home screen, let's swipe down from the top one time.
We will get to the notification panel.
We swipe down again to open up the quick access menu.
In the upper right-hand corner of the screen, we can see a blue circle icon with a person inside of it.
We tap this icon one time. We will get to the "User" menu. At the bottom, there are two options: "MORE SETTINGS" and "DONE".
Let's tap "MORE SETTINGS" one time.
We can tap "You (Owner)", "Guest", or "Add user". For this tutorial, the owner profile will be updated.
We tap "You (Owner)".
Once we've tapped the owner profile one time, we'll have the area where we can enter a new name if we would like to change it, for instance, from "Owner" to our own name. We can do that here.
We change the name by typing a new one.
We can also tap on the photo.
There is a little arrow in the lower right-hand corner. A new menu will be shown.
We can either take a photo with the camera or choose a photo from Gallery.
Let's tap "Choose photo from Gallery".
We tap a photo.
It is an icon with money in this video. We will be prompted at the bottom to crop the photo.
Let's tap "Crop picture".
It is the Gallery application.
We adjust the photo by dragging the corners in or out.
We can adjust the placement by moving the entire box.
When we have finished, we tap the green check.
It is in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. We will have a photo with our name as the owner.
Once we've finished, we can press the home button.
It is at the bottom in the center. We will go back to the home screen.
This concludes the tutorial on how to set up a user on the Lenovo A7000-series smartphone. If you have any questions, comments, or suggestions, please leave them in the space below. Thank you for watching VisiHow! Have a great day!
