We currently have the 'Learn sleep time automatically' box ticked, there is a white tick inside of a green box
    .
Because 'Sleep mode' is turned on, this option will allow the phone to sleep automatically when there is a period of inactivity. We want to show you how to set a sleep time, so we will need to turn the option off. Do that by tapping the box on the right-hand side until the tick is gone and it's just a white box.

    .
We will need to enter a Start and End time. This function allows us to set our own sleep time for a period that we want our phone to sleep, if we're going to a meeting or traveling, for example.
