Adding back my Google account is impossible in my case?

Hello!. Error (RH-01) occurred in Play Store.. so to fix that I removed my Google account and tried adding back.. whenever I tried adding back, it shows CHECKING INFO for hours.. Nothing else is coming.. how do I fix this? I explained everything in the previous option. Kindly help me find a solution . I have tried: I tried clear cache and clear data for Google. I updated my phone. I removed my Google account. I think it was caused by: Error (Rh-01) in Google Play Store. that's it. I think this one caused trouble.
