Edited by Lukward Thomason, VisiHow, Eng
Hi! You're watching VisiHow. This is a tutorial on how set the primary language on Windows 8 computers.
The first thing that we need to do is access the charms menu by moving the mouse cursor to the upper right corner of the screen.
When the charms menu opens, we need to click "Settings".
Then, we need to click "Change PC settings".
In the new window, we need to select "Time and language".
Then, we click "Region and language".
Once we click "Region and language", a list of languages will be available for us. In this case, "English (United States)" is set as the primary language.
To change the primary language, we need to choose the language.
For example, let's go ahead and click "Georgian".
Then, we click "Set as primary".
Once "Set as primary" is clicked, the system may need to download additional settings for the language. We have to wait for it to finish.
When the language is set as primary, we need to simply restart the computer.
Alternatively, we just sign out and sign in again.
This concludes our tutorial on how to set the primary language on Windows 8 computers. Thank you for watching VisiHow! If you have any other comments or questions, please leave them in the comments section below.
