Once you select files to hide, turn private mode off, and those files will remain hidden. Only individuals who know the unlock code can turn private mode back on. Sir I want to completely lock my phone?

Sir actually I have Samsung Grand Neo and I want to lock it completely Use the KNOX app on your phone in Security to completely lock down your phone. Make sure to set up a Google Account if you have not done so for the phone first. When you set up the pin, make sure it is something you will recall easily. Avoid patterns because those are easily forgotten or break down if your screen has any oily residue.

If you have Lollipop or Marshmallow installed, you will have to install all new Stock ROM on the device after you hard reset to bypass Google. You can't click it because you missed a step or your phone does not support this method. Find new Stock ROM and install it. Some carriers have the stock ROM on their websites for issues like this so check your Carrier website first.

How do I type a letter into this numbered keyboard?

To reset the password for private mode you have to enter the old password which in the app it tells you to enter at least one letter but it gave you the regular keyboard. Now to reenter the password it gives you a numbered keyboard with letters on the numbers like a phone. I can't make it type a letter. I have looked through all kinds of forums, etc., and no one tells you how to type a letter that totally works.
